Ordinance for Haverstraw

The Erie-Niagara Tobacco-Free Coalition congratulates the community of Haverstraw for its recent adoption of local law restricting tobacco product displays in stores. Published reports say the village is believed to be the first in the nation to adopt a local law restricting tobacco product displays in stores.
