In becoming a smoke-free facility, there will no longer be designated smoking areas on arena property and fans will not be permitted to smoke on the grounds during any games or events. The change in policy reflects local and national trends at sports venues and responds to an overwhelming number of fan requests.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A survey by Roswell Park Cancer Institute shows that more smokers in Western New York are buying cigarettes made on Indian reservations because of their significantly lower price than brand name products, and easy accessibility.</p>
<p>In Erie and Niagara counties, at least two-thirds of the cigarettes that smokers buy come from Indian reservations. These cheaper alternatives may be making it more difficult to get people to stop smoking.</p>
